ok I dont have chicken legs. Infact they are unproportional to my body as they are bigger than my upper body.
Still my squats suck balls, I dont know why is that. I can do 135 pounds for 12 reps which is just sad. My leg extensions are pretty good, i can do upto 200 pounds on it I want my squat to be up there as well. I know its not the same movement and yaddi yaddi yadda. Please help. |
